We had a fantastic Christmas this year. For the first time in many years, we were able to visit with extended family. Mark's sister Page flew out from Utah to stay with us. We were so happy to have her. She made our Christmas a special one.
We all must have been very good because Santa sure left us a haul. Brandon and Bryce both got a Nintendo DS. Natalie got professional animation software. Emily said that all she wanted was a cell phone or a puppy. She didn't get either, but she got over it quickly when she opened her new digital camera. Mark was thrilled with new socks and a fancy cell-phone. (Cindy got one too--"a Christmas miracle.") But, Cindy must have been the best Petrucka this year because she found a new 5-stone wedding ring under the tree.(one diamond representing Cindy and Mark and four smaller diamonds to represent the kids)

Wow! What a ring! I think that is a lifetime of Cindy appreciation days all rolled into one.
