A New Rabbit in Town

After 14 years of being the Easter Bunny, I was totally out of creative and challenging ways to hide the kids' treats, so this year I passed the basket, so to speak, to Mark.

What was Dad's take on the classic Easter egg hunt? Blindfolds.

Yep, Mark blindfolded all of the kids before turning them loose on the patio to find whatever they could.

I was wary that this kind of "fun" would probably end in at least one upset child, but even with a few bumps and bruises, everyone had a good time. And when all the treats had been found, they split the haul evenly.

Nice job, Dad. What's the plan for next year?
